As a first-generation college student who spent many hours preparing my transfer application back in the day, I am happy to pay it forward.
I attended Cerritos Community College from 2003-2005, so during fall 2004, I was busy learning about my transfer options, considering which institutions I wanted to apply to, working to save money to pay for college application fees, and dutifully preparing my transfer application and writing my essays.
